Welcome to Newtone Printers. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.

2. Services & Orders

We offer a comprehensive suite of printing services, including offset, digital, screen, and specialty printing (UV, embossing, lenticular, foil). All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of materials.

Once an order is placed and artwork is approved, it enters the production queue. Cancellations after artwork approval may incur charges for materials and labor already expended. We reserve the right to refuse service for any content we deem inappropriate, offensive, or illegal.

3. Pricing, Quotes, and Payment

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees unless explicitly detailed in the quote.

Payment must be made in full before the commencement of any printing job, unless a prior credit agreement has been established in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and corporate checks.

4. Artwork and Intellectual Property

You must own the rights, or have explicit permission, to use any artwork, logos, designs, or text submitted for printing. By submitting files to Newtone Printers, you warrant that you have the legal right to reproduce the content.

We are not liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement resulting from materials you provide. You agree to indemnify and hold Newtone Printers harmless against any claims arising from the printed materials.

5. Proofing and Color Accuracy

We provide digital or physical proofs upon request. It is your responsibility to review proofs carefully for layout, spelling, and design accuracy. Approval of a proof constitutes final acceptance of the design.

While we strive for the highest color accuracy, variations may occur due to differences in monitor calibration, printing processes, and paper stocks. We cannot guarantee an exact color match unless a specific Pantone (PMS) color match is requested and paid for.
